The Sacraments
The Eucharist
Source and summit of our life
What it is
The Eucharist is the true Body and Blood of Christ, offered for the life of the world. Every Mass gathers the parish around this one table.
Who it is for
Baptised Catholics prepared to receive Holy Communion, and children preparing for First Holy Communion.
Preparation
Children are prepared through the parish catechesis programme; adults through the parish's formation for the sacraments.
